The Cheerleader effect, also known as the Sorority Girl Syndrome, is a very important phenomenon, and every guy should be a ware of it.
It is basically when you see a group of girls in a bar, and they appear to be really hot. The problem is that they only look hot as a group, but if you take them individually you will notice that they look totally different than when in group.
